Seasonal work

Starting in 2024, the Federal Republic of Germany began implementing a policy to recruit seasonal workers from outside the European Union in order to address labor shortages in seasonal industries.

This policy allows foreign workers to be employed for up to 8 months within a 12-month period, under regulated short-term contracts.

Vietnam is considered one of the promising labor markets, attracting significant interest from German employers due to its young and stable workforce.
